Brooklyn Trumpy serves as the Director of Quality, Compliance & Risk at CHS, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization provides the highest standards of patient care while maintaining compliance and managing risk. With a background in healthcare and a passion for making a positive impact in her community, Brooklyn brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Brooklyn's interest in healthcare grew from her desire to support both under and uninsured populations, who often have the highest needs. Prior to graduating, she worked as a phlebotomist for 10 years, gaining firsthand experience in patient care. Her extensive background in healthcare makes her a valuable asset to CHS and its mission of serving the local community. Brooklyn joined CHS because of its close connection to her hometown and the impact that the health center model has on underserved communities. She is passionate about working with CHS’s patient care team to ensure that every patient receives the best possible care.
