Dr. Prachi Desai is a dedicated General Dentist at CHS, where she brings her expertise and passion for dentistry to serve the community. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in dental care and patient management. Dr. Desai chose to join CHS as a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholar, motivated by the desire to make a meaningful impact in the community while advancing her skills through clinical experiences. Her commitment to improving accessibility to dental care and enhancing patients' lives through their smiles led her to this rewarding field. At CHS, Dr. Desai appreciates the opportunity to work with a varied patient population, utilizing an integrated approach to address their unique needs. She values the welcoming environment created by both staff and patients, which fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Desai is a professionally trained Indian classical dancer, a passion that enriches her life.
