Behavioral Health

We know that asking for help is hard.  We are here to be partners with you and work collaboratively to get you the services you need that will positively impact how you feel.  This may be individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, or a full diagnostic evaluation with potential medication interventions.  You will be a partner throughout this journey, and we will work to ensure that you are comfortable with any interventions we are recommending.

Diagnostic Assessment

A licensed clinician will meet with you to complete a thorough assessment in order to gather information. This helps to better understand your needs, goals and develop a plan for treatment.

Individual Counseling

This involves working one-on-one with a licensed clinician to both understand what is impacting your mental wellbeing as well as to learn new productive interventions to better manage how you feel. You and your clinician will work on mutually agreeable goals as we aid you on your wellness journey.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management

A licensed practitioner can provide a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and make recommendations for medications to help manage symptoms. Medication management involves working collaboratively with our prescribing providers as well as our support team to help ensure that the intended impact is occurring.

Substance Abuse

We offer intensive substance abuse counseling to patients who are struggling with their sobriety or who have noticed that their substance use has begun impacting their personal or professional lives. In addition to IOP, treatment includes individual counseling, the possibility of medication assisted treatment through collaboration with Beloit Comprehensive Treatment Center, and development of a personal relapse prevention plan. We are an abstinent based treatment program and will encourage ongoing recovery support upon completion of services.

Group Counseling

Group counseling is an excellent way to both understand the impact that a symptom (such as anxiety) may have on your overall wellbeing but additionally it helps in the development of positive coping skills as group members can learn from each other as well as from the therapist who is facilitating.
